Returns
Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving their order, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in a resalable condition.
Refunds
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photographs.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for refunds:

- Perishable goods
